Tuscan Rally: A show-stopping event

The Tuscan Organisation had a great night on the 15th of December 2012. This was their big awards event which is held to inspire and motivate their sales managers and of course to have a good time with the colleagues!

Tuscan are a large direct selling marketing company, based in the UK, US & Germany, they needed an event that had a corporate feel with the wow of an incredible social party. Due to the timing we went all-out and made this a Christmas event to remember.

The large Liverpool at ACC Liverpool Arena with in excess of a 1000 people attending, was brought to life by AV Unit that made hedspace medias event styling come to life. They provided the lighting and sound equipment and have worked with hedspace media for many years.

This was not the first event that hedspace had created for Tuscan, but it was the biggest so far. This time hedspace provided a full service event production for them, we provided the concept creation, event styling and the Power Points content used, complete with animations, the stings for the show and the big opening sequence that had 12 dancers on stage for a grand opening creating a great impact for all that were there.

Hedspace have a wealth of experience providing events to inspire and excite the audience. This event was no different, though we always out-do our last event and go that little further to create a splash of exhilaration! These events are designed to grab the audiences attention, create an uplifting mood and inspire them to engage with the company and work harder after the event has happened. We need to create lasting memories of a fun but informative event. This is what we do.

Everything is timed to perfection and needed careful planning ahead of the event so that it ran without a hitch. The event was a big success, just as we expected and planned and we at hedspace are looking forward to working with Tuscan Organisation again in the future.
